By accessing or using this Platform you agree to these legally binding Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
1. AI Nature of Service
LexArab AI is an automated artificial intelligence system designed to assist users in:
- legal drafting support
- legal research productivity
- document analysis
- legal education
The Platform operates without human lawyer review.
Outputs are generated probabilistically and may:
- contain factual errors
- omit relevant law
- provide incorrect jurisdictional analysis
- generate fictional citations
- produce incomplete legal reasoning
Users acknowledge these technological limitations.
2. No Lawyer-Client Relationship
Use of the Platform:
- does NOT create solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship
- does NOT constitute regulated legal advice
- does NOT replace professional legal consultation
Users must obtain independent legal advice before relying on any content.
3. Absolute User Responsibility
Users agree that:
- all decisions based on AI outputs are made at their sole risk
- they are responsible for verifying legal accuracy
- they will conduct independent professional review
- they assume full responsibility for legal consequences
This includes but is not limited to:
- litigation strategy
- contract drafting
- regulatory filings
- immigration submissions
- arbitration documentation
- court pleadings
4. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Speciality Exam Ltd, its directors, shareholders, employees, developers, agents, affiliates and technology providers shall not be liable for:
- any legal losses
- court judgments
- financial damages
- lost business opportunities
- regulatory sanctions
- professional negligence claims
- reputational harm
- indirect or consequential damages
This exclusion applies even if:
- the Platform malfunctioned
- AI output was inaccurate
- service interruption occurred
- security breach happened
- data was lost
Total aggregate liability shall never exceed the subscription fee paid in the preceding 3 months.
5. Indemnity
Users agree to fully indemnify and defend Speciality Exam Ltd against:
- claims by clients
- claims by courts or regulators
- third-party contractual disputes
- misuse of generated legal documents
This obligation survives termination of use.
6. Jurisdiction Neutrality Disclaimer
LexArab AI operates as a global technology platform.
The Service:
- is not tailored to any specific country’s law
- may provide mixed-jurisdiction analysis
- must not be relied upon as local legal guidance
Users must consult locally licensed lawyers.
7. Professional Use Warning
Lawyers and consultants using the Platform must:
- exercise professional judgment
- supervise all AI-generated content
- comply with their bar regulations
LexArab AI is a tool — not a legal practitioner.
8. Data Privacy & AI Processing Risks
Users acknowledge that:
- prompts and uploaded documents may be processed through automated AI infrastructure
- cloud hosting providers may operate internationally
- absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed
Users must NOT upload:
- state-security documents
- sealed court records
- privileged client files without consent
- classified governmental materials
We implement reasonable security safeguards but no system is risk-free.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform technology including:
- algorithms
- prompts engineering
- interface design
- branding
- databases
remain exclusive property of Speciality Exam Ltd.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free performance
- continuous feature availability
We may modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
11. Payment & Subscription
Where paid plans apply:
- fees are billed in advance
- subscriptions auto-renew
- refunds are discretionary
- access may be suspended for non-payment
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend accounts where:
- misuse or unlawful activity is suspected
- legal risk exposure arises
- platform integrity is threatened
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
At company election, disputes may be resolved by:
Confidential arbitration under LCIA Rules in London.
14. Updates
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
